Tell us what happened, the steps that caused it, your device model and the app version. A screenshot can help. Never send your password or sign-in tokens.

Account and privacy requests

In app versions that support it, open Profile → Delete account to permanently delete your account and its associated game data. If you cannot access your account or have an older version, email us. We may need to verify account ownership before helping.
